Our jewelry and diamonds are either ready to ship (in stock) or made to order with care. Please refer to individual product pages for whether an item is ready to ship or made to order, and for its specific processing time.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their local government. OM Gems is not liable for these charges, so we recommend checking the applicable rates for your country in advance.

We provide free standard shipping worldwide, along with an express shipping option for those who'd like their order sooner. Please note that express shipping does not reduce production time for made-to-order items - it only shortens the delivery time once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way. While we take every precaution to ensure timely delivery, OM Gems cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, weather conditions, postal or courier service disruptions, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and other external factors beyond our control. Customs duty may apply depending on your country's import regulations and is payable by the buyer. For orders of $2,999 and above, we recommend adding shipping insurance for extra peace of mind during transit.

Ready-to-Ship & Made-to-Order Diamonds

Ready-to-ship diamonds are in stock and are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The delivery times in the table above then apply.

Made-to-order diamonds are created to your chosen specifications (shape, carat, color and clarity) after your order is placed. Production usually takes 1–3 weeks, depending on the specifications. Once the diamond is dispatched, the delivery times in the table above apply.

Every diamond is shipped securely packed together with its original IGI certificate (optional). For high-value diamonds, we recommend choosing express shipping with insurance and signature on delivery.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, including custom and made-to-order diamonds, require additional production time and are not eligible for our standard processing timelines. Delivery estimates will vary based on the complexity of the design.

Note: Production timelines depend on the design. For custom-designed pieces, processing time may vary and can change based on the complexity and specifications of your design.

Contact Information Requirement

A valid contact number or email ID is required for all shipments. Orders without this information may be delayed, and Om Gems will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by missing contact details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, determined by the destination country's regulations.

Express Shipping - Additional Charges

In rare cases, for select remote or hard-to-reach locations, express shipping may involve a small additional charge beyond the standard rate. This is uncommon, and if it applies to your order, our team will reach out to you directly with the details before dispatch - no charges are ever applied without your knowledge.

Terms & Conditions

Order Processing - All orders are processed and shipped only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
Address Accuracy - Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. OM Gems is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address details.
PO Boxes - We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Failed Delivery Attempts - If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unavailability of the recipient, any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages - OM Gems is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend a secure delivery location or requiring a signature.
Order Cancellation - Orders already shipped or in production, including made-to-order diamonds, cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy for eligibility details.
Multiple Shipments - Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on availability and production timelines. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, we may hold the order and ship everything together once production is complete, unless you ask us to ship the ready-to-ship items first.
Force Majeure - OM Gems is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs restrictions, or carrier disruptions.
Policy Updates - OM Gems reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy takes effect immediately upon posting.
