At OM Gems, We take pride in delivering high-quality lab-grown diamond jewelry crafted with precision and care. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, certificates, and tags must be included

  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Engraved items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products damaged due to improper use


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges and transaction fees are non-refundable


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a secure, insured, and trackable shipping method

  • OM Gems is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery:

  • Exchange is allowed for items of equal or higher value

  • Price difference (if any) must be paid by the customer

  • Item must meet all return eligibility conditions


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos for verification

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted
