Custom-made jewelry may require additional time depending on the design and specifications. Estimated timelines will be shared during the order process.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (Free)
- Estimated delivery time: 25–30 business days
- Tracking details are provided on the same day of shipment
Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days worldwide
- Tracking details are updated within 48–72 hours after shipment

Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, OM Gems is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance processes
- Weather conditions
- Postal or courier service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Custom Orders
Custom orders require additional production time and are not eligible for standard processing timelines. Delivery estimates will vary based on the complexity of the design.
Contact Information Requirement
A valid contact number is required for all shipments. Orders without a contact number may be delayed, and OM Gems will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by missing information.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations.

Express Shipping Surcharge (Selected Locations)
