Our collection spans classic solitaires to halo, vintage, and three-stone styles, available in white, yellow, and rose gold.

Yes. Lab grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds with the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds - the only difference is how they're formed. To the naked eye, and even to most jewelers, there's no visible difference in sparkle or durability. Because they're grown in controlled lab environments rather than mined, they're also completely conflict-free and carry a far lighter environmental footprint than traditionally mined stones. See our Lab Grown vs Natural Diamonds guide for a full breakdown.

It comes down to personal style and how the shape wears in a setting - round and oval maximize brilliance, while emerald and radiant show off clarity with a more architectural look. Our Diamond 4Cs Guide walks through cut, color, clarity, and carat to help you compare shapes with confidence.

It depends on your budget, skin tone, and lifestyle - platinum and 18K gold offer the most durability, while 14K gold balances value and everyday wear. See our Choosing Your Metal guide for a side-by-side comparison.

Metal options available across our collection:

• Gold Plated
• 925 Silver
• 935 Argentium Silver
• 10K Gold
• 14K Gold - recommended for everyday wear and value
• 18K Gold - recommended for richer color and long-term durability
• Platinum 950

All the metal options above are genuine solid precious metal - we never use plated or gold-filled materials, so your piece is made to last.

Yes, we offer IGI certification on our lab grown diamonds upon request, confirming authenticity and grading. Some listings include certification in the price, while others carry a small additional fee - this is noted on the product page. A digital appraisal letter is also included with your purchase at no extra cost, which you can use when insuring your jewelry - just email us your order number to request a copy.

Yes - every Om Gems piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, for as long as you own it. It covers things like a stone that loosens shortly after delivery or a setting that arrives misaligned; it doesn't cover everyday wear and tear. Full details are in our Manufacturing Warranty.

Yes - we're happy to set a diamond you already own, or rework an heirloom piece into a fresh design. We'll just need the stone's grading certificate or exact measurements beforehand to make sure the new setting fits perfectly. Reach out to our team to get started.

Clean your piece with warm water, a mild soap, and a soft brush, then rinse and dry with a lint-free cloth. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and chemicals to keep it looking its best for years. We'd also recommend having the setting professionally checked once a year, so any loose prongs get caught early. See our Jewelry Care Guide for full details.
